Suspended Facebook account.

I've encountered a problem with my Facebook account recently and searching the web brought me here. My Facebook account was suspended telling me it was due to my Instagram account not following rules. So I followed the steps and clicked the link leading to Instagram to appeal the suspension. After finishing all the steps and verification, I waited a few minutes then my appeal was successful. I can use my Instagram normally but when I return to Facebook and try to login, it's still telling me to appeal and login to Instagram. I tried following the link again to login to my Instagram. After logging in, nothing happens. My Facebook is still suspended (09/27/2024 until now).

Please help me Meta. Thank you!
