Hi I have tried multiple way to try & get help with login issues for my Facebook account. I recently have to reset & restore my iPhone & I accidentally logged out of my account & ever since then I cannot log back into it because it says it doesn’t recognize my browser & wants me to type in a code from a authentication app but I unfortunately I don’t remember having one set up for my facebook & it gives me no other way to send a code. I have tried to do the recover account process by submitting my ID but nobody ever responds back to me this has been going on for a month & i desperately want to regain access to my account for the reason I have messaged & photos on it from people in my life that has passed away id really appreciate if I could solve this issue.

If you've already gone through the Facebook Help Centre and not had any luck, I can recommend trying the Hacked Account Wizard, too.
