I would love to know the answer to that!! Alot of unanswered questions. People who are new to Horizon, don't bring alot of traffic to their worlds yet they are in the 'special program' to make and sell clothing...... We need real true answers.
I'm not sure who you're referring to nor do I know how Meta makes their decisions but I'm sure there are several factors that come into play. If I were running a test like this. I would want a variety of people. Mostly top creators with the most traffic for the biggest exposure for the test, but I might also look for a handful of new people to get their feedback on the experience as well.

There is someone whose ONLY published stores are clothing and one other. I've spend a nice chunk of change in her clothing stores. Lol However, it really sucks to have been here for 2 years, have several worlds, participate in the community and be looked over for the opportunity. However, I digress because it's pointless to even ask about it.
I get it... I just want to have the opportunity to apply my ideas withing the program and for once, be a tester within the testing or Beta phase, that's all.
