Wann wird endlich eine der wenigen Tastaturen die mit der Quest 2 komplett getrackt wird, endlich auch auf andere internationale Sprachen wie deutsch, spanisch oder französisch angepass? Das wird die Eingabe von Texten, zum Beispiel in einen Workroom massiv verbessern. Ich habe bis jetzt keine hilfreiche Antwort vom Support bekommen (Uservoice).
Wollte mir gerade eine K830 für die Arbeit mit workrooms bestellen.. Du meinst die Tastatur wird in VR im US Layout angezeigt, auch wenn sie tatsächlich QWERTZ Layout hat?
Auf die Anfragen zum Thema Tastatur Layouts bekommen ich hier leider bis jetzt keine Antworten. Ich bin nicht der einzige der hier im Forum gefragt hat. Da waren auch noch schwedische Nutzer, Schweizer und andere Nationalitäten.
I have got this keyboard for Oculus with Linux comp. It works perfectly with computer via Oculus. Kyboard transmit key codes, the maping happends in computer keyboard driver according yours settings, What`s missing is ability to draw different foreing letters on the key buttons.
Oculus has no interest in improving the situation with the international keyboard layouts. It is therefore not possible to work well in the national language.

I found a texture file for k830 in com.oculus.vrshell package. It is in the system dirictory. If we can change it it would be possible to have any keyboard layout. But only for working with computer via oculus.
I already set this idea up at Uservoice. Zero response from oculus support. I think that the European languages are indispensable as a keyboard layout in order to be able to really work with the Quest. If you want to establish the Quest as a work tool, a translation is an important advantage that has no alternative. Without translation, for us Europeans it is a cute little game console for children.
Thanks for your efforts in finding a way to customize the keyboard for international languages. I would like to test it. But I see a problem with the many updates of the meta quest, which would overwrite the adapted file again and again. What are your thoughts and ideas about it? Maybe you could offer an app in the quest store?
