When I press the PDP button, an error page appears. Refreshing doesn’t fix it. What can I do?

I tried creating a new app, but the same error screen appears when I open the PDP page. Could this be an issue at the organizational level? In the worst case, will I have to recreate the organizational account? I’m not even sure who to consult about this.
