Good morning,
I have been trying to update my payment information for 6 days now without success. The response from the update form is "We're having trouble completing your request. Please try again."
When creating the account, I already had this type of problem which resolved itself after 3 weeks.
After speaking with a chatbot for 3 days so that it did not direct me in any way and did not resolve the problem in any way, the ticket was purely closed without providing a response.
It is also now impossible for me to repost a message because it detects that an identical message has already been posted.
I can only try again every day to update my IBAN.
UPDATE : I don't know how but my iban was changed. It therefore appears that an error message was sent but that the modification was made.

Hey. I'm having a similar issue. Suddenly my payouts stopped working 3 months ago (worked previously for 2.5 years). I contacted "Facebook Payment Support for Monetizers" and now I'm in the same chatbot loop suggesting updating my financial information with the (non-existant) "Payout" tab on Facebook (my FB account is not linked with my Oculus/Meta dev account).
Anyone having a solution?

Were you able to resolve this? we get to the last step of confirming the payout bank account and it just loops around, and then after messaging the literal "help" link right next to it, its a loop between the fake facebook "payout" tab page and then them saying they cant help and to contact oculus developer support, after which oculus developer support says they cant help and to message facebook payment support... Is there any human developers left at meta??? how do NONE of these threads have a solution besides "oh hey, it worked for me for today! do it quick before you're stuck with no answers again!"

Hey. Sorry for the late reply. Payouts work again for me. I've written 60 posts with payout support. The solution for me was to switch from bank account A to bank account B to bank account A again. All this had to be done manually by a support agent with providing the bank account details in a message together with a letter (copy) from my bank that ensures that I am the account holder (and having all data listed too). I actually even don't know if this was the solution at all. Anyway I had to trigger removal of the "payout rejection hold", so changing my bank account info was one way to do so.
This was a quite frustrating odyssey (6months)! Btw. I still do not have that mysterious "Payout" tab page on my FB.
