I cannot find this anywhere on my app dashboard. Meta says look under settings, which I have but I cannot find the field.
My app has been restricted because of some issue with the privacy policy even though I have double checked all the requirements via the video etc. So I am wondering if Meta just can't find my privacy policy url, which is here:

Found it in the Distribution > App Metadata History > *Latest app submitted* > Details page. What a confusing system.
And it is the correct URL. So despite meeting all known criteria, the privacy page was rejected for unknown reasons.
I added some headers and made some small changes and resubmitted. I guess I can keep doing that until I get to talk to a human being.

Is there any human being here? Meta has again rejected my privacy policy by stating that my privacy policy does not provide information that it clearly does.
What is wrong with this?

If I do not get a human response I will be forced to abandon my app development. What a waste of time this is.

What's the issue that they have outlined?
To pass review, you have to ensure that VRC.Privacy.1-VRC.Privacy.4 are addressed. You can find these to the right of the Details section. If any of the these are not ticked then that will give you more of an idea of what is wrong rather than just guessing.
I get you. It can feel like a frustrating process when you don't get any answers here. Hopefully this will help. Good luck!
