Same here. Been trying for over a week. Just invested in a quest for development purposes for non profit organizations and hitting this wall on day 1 really makes the £600+ ive spent feel like a kick in the teeth. Is there a way for Devs to contact Oculus directly?
Anyone know a workaround? This is super frustrating, just had my unit delivered, and I can't begin to use it in the way I intend without developer mode.
