I have had this since Christmas 2024 and one day I used it for 5 minutes then charged it then a few hours later put it on and the screen was black so I restarted it and it didn't work so I did 5 times until I factory reset it and again nothing so I did it again it's weird I can hear the music to set your headset up but not see anything
