I received the email to recover the account but I have the following problem, "I do not have the two-step authentication APP installed on my cell phone and I cannot access my account to configure the authenticator, every time I receive the email that "I can recover access to my account" I enter that link and then it asks me to enter the two-step authentication codes but I do not have them.
How can I solve it? I have tried many times and I always receive the same email.
To verify my authenticity I am sending you a photo of my National Identity Document so you can see that I am the account holder.
