Hello, here is the problem: I have an account, created from this email address:REDACTED.
I would like to point out that this account is not the same as the one I am writing this post with, I had to recreate an account on purpose in order to be able to contact someone, which I find completely absurd. To get back to the subject, I can no longer connect to the account linked to this email address, neither on the Meta site nor on the Meta Horizon mobile application. Indeed, once my email address is entered during my connection attempt, this message appears: ". Log in with your existing account to keep your VR applications and information. Continue with Facebook so that we can move your VR applications and information to your new Meta account. You can delete Facebook later.".
I would like to point out that the Meta account created with this email address has never been linked to any Facebook account. In addition, the email address has never been used to create any Facebook account. In short, the message has no place to be.... I am therefore completely blocked because it is impossible in any way to connect to this account. As mentioned above, I have not found any valid help on the site and its "support" .... I am therefore asking someone who is potentially competent and honest and to help me resolve this problem. I remind you that purchases have been made as well as a current subscription, which I cannot even cancel because I cannot connect. This is serious so I would like an answer very quickly.
