Sorry Wizinany, they will never reply to your message because they not a safe and honest community that we can rely on. I feel you, because I'm also an artist, super verify on internet! With awards and proved work and so on....my handle was deactivated yesterday without any valid reason or warning!
I was verified, even before people start paying Meta. I had to give them my ID and press news so they could verify that I was real. So, I was accused of "artificially collecting likes, followers, or shares, posting repetitive comments or content, or repeatedly contacting people for commercial purposes without their consent. Don’t offer money or giveaways of money in exchange for likes, followers, comments, or other engagement. Don’t post content that engages in, promotes, encourages, facilitates, or admits to the offering, solicitation, or trade of fake and misleading user reviews or ratings."
I feel that this is people targeting us with no reason, maybe because they don't like you or they just using their power to bully others and raise false testimonies about your character, racist people that hide behind a computer of a powerful company, who knows! If they were really a safe business and community they would have answer to my emails and answer you here. They would act like good and trustful human beings! This also goes against democracy and freedom of speech because you can't defend yourself!
I can prove that they are wrong and I have a lot of people that could testify that their accusations are unjustified and malice about my person.
Sorry again about your account! I am reporting this situation everywhere I can as I feel they are threatening us with false statements and abuse of power. They have power, because we, the users, gave them the power, or they wouldn't be known!
I'm looking for other apps to support and be part of, apps that are transparent and support their users. Do the same and don't let them make you feel bad about who you are! Good luck!
PS: This is what they say about me. They couldn't touch my profile, because was clean! So, they just accused me with lies. I didn't post anything yesterday and everyone that I interact was in a supportive way. I even have messages from my friends with hearst and thanking me for always be there for them and more.
