meta support been useless

About two weeks ago, I bought a left controller for the Quest 2. The tracking status says "delivered," but I never received it. I contacted Meta Quest support, followed all their instructions, but in the end, they told me, "We can’t help you or refund you; please contact local authorities."

Since I’m in Europe (France), we have laws that make Meta responsible for the loss of my controller, especially since they charged me 79.99 euros without delivering the product. I reminded them of this, but they keep sending the same emails telling me to contact local authorities.

I went to the local authorities, but they told me they couldn’t help, as it’s a delivery issue, not theft, and that it’s Meta’s responsibility.

Now, Meta support is ghosting me. When I try to talk to them on the support chat, they leave the conversation open without offering any solution. They are very unprofessional (we don't care about you) and refuse to do their job.

To summarize, Meta took 79.99 euros for a product I never received, and their support team refuses to respect the law.

What should I do?

First you must look who made the delivery and contact them
You had a link to follow the delivery I guess, so you know which company made it
