Scale the world based on the size of the player?

Does anyone know of (or has anyone created) a game where the size of the world is adjusted based on the (real world) size of the player?

I'm curious to know if The Climb does this, for example (if anyone knows).  If it does not, a player with long arms would have a much easier game than a player with short arms.  Adjusting the size of the world  based on size of the player, on the other hand, would mean that a particular handhold is just within reach for every player.

I'm experimenting with some game mechanics that will make the player reach out for things, and it seems like I will need to scale the world or else keep everything in easy reach of even the shortest arms.  It's an interesting conundrum that's unique to VR!
