Ive been trying to download this game i got but every time i press on the download button it gets to 0% and then cancels the download. I’ve tried restarting the headset which didn’t do anything so i resorted to a factory reset but after that nothing is downloading still. so now im left with no games to play on the headset because of this problem
I have exactly the same problem. Yesterday I was able to install games and today I can't install anything anymore. Even installing a new virtual environment doesn't work. I do a factory reset nothing changed. The internet connection is ok - I can browse, go to the store etc. The headset has the new system software installed: 62.0.0.273.343.570372087

I'm having the exact same issue man. I factory resetted for nothing. It appears to be an issue on Metas side, so if you think your headset needs to be reset, don't make the same mistake I did. I've been looking into it and apparently this was a problem a couple months back as well. Also I don't know if it's related or not but if I go to my profile in the headset it says my account is restricted for not following guidelines even though I can't think of anything I've done that'd get me reported. When I press "see why", it says I'm in the clear and thanks me for following the guidelines lol. Please get your shiz together meta.
