New Quest 3 - How to get Batman?

Just got a Quest 3 today, and the box says there is a free batman game.  

But after I set up the Quest 3, it is still asking for $49.99.  

Any ideas how to get this game?  The 3 month Quest+ redeem did work though...

Thanks for the help!!  It ended up that I spoke with  person in chat, and they had to manually add it to my account .
