MQDH not able to login behind corporate Proxy using oculus account


Hello , 

 I am not able to login to the MQDH using my oculus login inside my organization.

The error seems really bad. Attached.

IS there a way to configure the proxy for MQDH?

Hey again @cyborgxr07, so we did find a few things that can be done for this type of issue.


These domains need to be whitelisted:

  • is the "Facebook Content Distribution Network" and delivers photos and videos to people who use Facebook
  • is another Content Distribution Network used by some of the biggest tech companies in the world to stream audio and video and host downloads.

If these domains are not whitelisted in secured networks (school, work, private, etc.) you will likely have network connection issues.


You'll also need to open the following ports to allow outbound connections:

  • 443 (TCP)
  • 3478 (TCP)
  • 50000-59999 range (UDP)


If this doesn't work, we highly recommend speaking with your I.T. department to see what can be done.
