Your facebook account has been disabled? Need help

Hello

My account was wrongfully disabled and I am trying to recover it.
Someone linked their Instagram account to mine email which I use to login into Facebook. That Instagram account is not mine, mine was linked correctly. I was using Facebook to login. My whole life is on that account and all the memories from 12+years. I am getting really stressed by this situation and even more that I am not getting the appropriate help.

Hey there @Gigovski_MKD. I'm really sorry to hear that you're having difficultly with your Facebook account. I know how devastated I would be if mine was suddenly disabled as well. Over a decade of memories gone. 

Here agents do not have access to Facebook tools unrelated to Oculus/Meta Quest, and would not be able to assist you in retaining your Facebook account.  Your best bet is to go through the Facebook help center.
