Advertising Account Restrictions

I have been trying to fix a problem that I have with an ad account since last night. I have sent several messages but don't have a response.
 
I have two business pages,
 
My assistant used to run ads on the first page and never reported any issued to me about the ad account.
 
I have been working on the new page, and checked  everything when I was creating an ad account. I went through a good number of meta blueprint courses to make sure, I am doing everything right. I tried running an ad last night and found a problem with it running. when I looking into the ad setting, it set account restrictions. I checked and all previous accounts from my personal and other business page looked ok, when I started digging deeper, It showed account restrictions on two of my ad accounts.

 

However, when I looked into the ad manager for those accounts there were no rejected or restricted notices on any of the ads. however on top of the page, it showed the account restriction. When I click on the more details to find out about it, the page is clear with no information. 

Can I ask someone to help me resolve this problem?

As previously advised, here at Meta Quest Support, we don't have the tools or resources to access and assist with Facebook or Meta Business-related issues. We are limited to product inquiries, Horizon/Meta account issues, and/or Meta product shipping-related issues. Due to this, we would need to direct you to the Meta Business Help Center to get assistance, as we have no methods of contact or assistance through our end.

Just to clarify, is this issue related to a Facebook or Instagram account? 

 

At Meta Store Support we provide support for Meta Quest products and services only. However, we would love to point you towards the form that you can use to request a review of your account.

It sounds frustrating to deal with account restrictions without clear feedback. Since the issue isn’t explained in Ad Manager, I’d recommend reaching out through Meta’s Business Support directly via the Help Center. You can also try the "Account Quality" section for any hidden flags. Hopefully, support gets back to you soon with more clarity!

Account Quality does not explain anything. And unfortunately the Help Centre is not helpful because the articles explain that I should click on What to do next. But I don't have that option on those accounts.
