I am trying to publish my first game on to app lab, and it says my organization needs to be verified. However, I've tried to verify my account by uploading proof of ID several times, and each one gets denied, saying "There's a problem with the photo you submitted. Try submitting it again, avoiding glare on the ID and ensuring all the edges are visible against a solid dark background." When the photo is super clear, and everything is fine. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
Did you ever manage to solve this? I'm having the exact same issue. I can't find any way to figure out what specific issue with the image they are having. It's high res, super clear, has all the correct info.. and I don't see any way to ask questions or otherwise reply to the request failure to get more info. Immensely frustrating.
No, I've still never managed to solve it. I re-submitted a picture and now it won't even decline or accept it's just been submitted for like 3 weeks now, and nothing. However, I have reached out to developer support with this website: Submit a request – Oculus Developer Support (zendesk.com) and they said they'd get an update from the review team, but they still never gave me an update. I'll let you know if they do though.
