We definitely understand how important it is to make sure that you still have access to your original apps so we'd like to reassure you that your apps are linked to your account, opposed to your actual device. All you would need to do is login and download the apps to your replacement device once received. We'd also recommend ensuring that Cloud Backup is enabled.
