I am developing a game for the Quest 2 that will be browser based. I noticed a bug where the app freezes / crashes for a few seconds and then resumes. I spent a week debugging and was able to find that it reliably happens when looking straight backwards (180 degree turn from the initial orientation). I checked in other webxr games with different engines and confirmed it can be reproduced there too, so it is definitely an oculus thing and not a my game thing.
I am extremely frustrated with what finding help for this issue. Is there anywhere to open a ticket with Meta? Any link I have found doesn't work. The game represents a significant investment and this bug makes it unplayable.
Here is a video of the bug in a paired down app with hardly anything going on: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zxEyYvY5hj91Qhi96RaZJ4dYwY8SkTGi/view?usp=sharing

@MetaQuestSupport, Please reread my last message. No part of the "support" site is working. Is it just not working for me? I have reset my password, logged out logged in, visited in incognito. I am always directed to the page saying I need to sign up, but when I sign up, I am just logged in.
Here is a video of my attempt at reaching support. Am I doing something wrong?

@MetaQuestSupport No part of the support portal is working for me. I cannot open a ticket, I cannot log in.
When I log in, it tells me I need to sign up, but when I go to sign up, it logs me in. Here is a video of my experience, Am I doing something wrong? Please assist:

Okay, we see the that your account is not a registered developer account. To get developer support, you will need to verify your account as a developer by going to https://developer.oculus.com/manage/verify/ on the account you are developing games with. You can also read more about developer FAQ's after you're verified.
We hope this helps!

@MetaQuestSupport Thank you for getting me somewhere that feels one step closer. I consider myself pretty tech savvy, but I can't find anywhere in the support portal where I can create a ticket. All I can find is the Contact Us form, but none of the options are close to what I need:
Please help if you can! I appreciate you at least being reachable.

We're so glad you feel assured reaching out to us, we want to make sure you get the assistance you deserve! For now you can select "Administrative Changes" as a general topic and go from there.

@MetaQuestSupport Is there another place I could go for this kind of assistance. The Administrative Changes team wrote back that they can not help with this issue. This is their response:
Hello,
Thanks for reaching back out. Our team handles developer focused issues with our app administration and review process. We are unable to to help with this type of request.
Bug and technical support issues are better handed through the VR Developer Forums. I see that your post is pretty active and you will receive further support through there. They are better suited to help you there.
