not able to purchase games with prepaid mastercard

I purchased a Pre-paid Mastercard and it will not me buy a game. The card has enough funds, is activated and I made sure I put the information from the card in into the Meta store correctly. I have tried both my phone and computer but neither work.  It keeps telling me  "GraphQL server responded with error 1353048: Sorry, your payment method was declined. Try updating or using a different payment method." If anyone could help me with this it would be very appreciated.

Hey there! We'd hate for you to miss out on a new game. It seems the payment method you're using may not meet our system requirements. Luckily we're here to clarify for you! The supported payment methods for the U.S.A are:

  • Visa
  • American Express (AMEX)
  • Mastercard
  • PayPal
  • The card must be associated with a billing address
  • The card must be able to have funds added/reloaded to it.
    • E-cards should work, but most gift cards do not have this option
  • There cannot be purchasing restrictions placed on the card
  • The network cannot have any purchase restrictions to prevent online payments

 

If you meet all of these requirements and are still having troubles completing the purchase, please try the following:

  • Check to see if your financial institution placed any restrictions
  • Try another network connection type or location
  • Try different combinations of the area/zip code
  • Restart the device
  • Try another device
  • Try another payment method.
  • Try another web browser

I'm having trouble with this even though I tried all the remedies and the card I'm using (a *mastercard)* is stated to be supported, however wherever I go on the internet, I see that this is a common problem that has no fix, it's almost like y'all don't want to fix this problem and get even more money from the people who can only purchase online with mastercards. Oh, also my specific text get is when I'm trying to finalize the purchase, and have already added the card successfully, I get the message "card type not accepted" even though it shows that it knows what card type it is
