Hi, I'm Sangeon Park, 24, and I live in South Korea. I was following a friend and my account was suspended due to a sudden action on my account. I asked for reconsideration, and I also presented my ID. However, my request for reconsideration was not accepted and my precious Instagram account was permanently deactivated.
My Instagram account is full of precious memories with friends, family, and my dogs. The reason I want to reclaim my account so much is that memories with my dead friend have also been erased.
My Instagram is just a space to share my daily life with my friends. It never violated the guidelines, and I think this is a hacking or AI error. And I didn't see any commercial gains from Instagram. I feel so unfair.

We understand how frustrating it can be to lose access to your own Instagram account, so we want you to get the support you need! As we said previously, the team here at Meta Quest Support do not have the facilities nor ability to access Instagram accounts. However, the article to the Instagram Help Center linked above mentions how you can go about appealing this decision after attempting to log in and then following the onscreen instructions to submit an appeal. This process may be worth trying again in case you can appeal this decision a second time!
