Gorilla tag was working this morning, and i went to play it later and now its saying 0 players online, I’ve uninstalled and installed the app but its still the same any ideas?

Same thing happened to me today! I have been on Chat with the Customer Support dept. for an hour. They recommend uninstall/reinstall the game. Reset modem. If that doesn't work, do a factory reset. None of this helped me. I'm going to contact the Gorilla Tag customer support.

After installing and uninstalling we just left gorilla tag for a day, we tried the following day and everything was back to normal, i can only think it was a problem with gorilla tag technical end.

I downloaded it through Meta store. It is working through the headset alone but not through the pc app. I can log in through airlink and access the game but when it launches, it says 0 players online. I've un-installed and reinstalled several times over the past few days without any luck. Not sure why it works through the standalone headset but not the pc store.

Hello, I am having this issue with being online and am able to use the quest 2's chat features and shows I'm online. But once I go to any app that can be played online it acts as if I'm offline. Gorilla tag will say 0 players online, beat saber acts as if I do not have any of the songs I bought, and VR chat well that just says it can not connect to servers. I have restarted the quest, I have factory reset the device 3 different times now and still does not work. It has happened in the past and the problem goes away randomly but then it keeps coming back. It is leading me to believe it is something to do with the headset itself. please help before I kick this thing into the creek.

Hello there!
Here are a few tips for troubleshooting Network Issues, with the Quest.
1. Check that Wi-Fi signal received is strong, and not being interrupted. Try moving closer to the router or switch to a network with a stronger signal.
2. If using a Dual-Band Router disable it as this can impact the Wi-Fi signal.
3. Reboot the headset.
4. Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect communication (headset covers, etc).
5. Disable any Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) channel if using Meta Quest Touch Pro controllers on Quest 2. Here.
