Bought my rift s for a review video but I had trouble so with support we decided to get it replaced
I sent it out to Oculus with the label they emailed me for a replacement double boxed, fast forward a week and UPS delivered it Facebook Tech suite 110 8875 Washington blvd Roseville ca 95678, but this was 1 year ago now
Due to covid, work and all these delays and receiving no response I am posting this here. Please help
