My warranty is a little over a week past its 1 yr. date so meta isn't doing anything about it. I'm a Captain on an Esports team missing games because of this Software issue so please somebody help me. Playing Got one-night the screen froze during a raid and then it started spinning backwards like my head was cutoff and was rolling downhill...i did a Hard Reset 3 or 4 times and every time it would load u p and start doing the "Gyro Spin" and not having any controller over it ...doesn't recognize controllers but it still recognizes the cursor dot in the center where I've been able to press vol. down button to select things when controllers cant ...I did a Factory RESET and noticed the led was PURPLE at one point which was different but the Factory Reset caused me to be stuck in a boot loop where I could hear audio in background but stuck on black screen. It was BRICKED for 2 days and i almost gave up when i tried it and it started up ok and i can manage to get started in my games when all the sudden it'll start "Gyro Spinning" and I get a notice that The app has lost tracking with my headset and that i need to quit the app ETC....I would take a picture of it but it won't let me do anything except a Hard Reset when it does this. A few notes I would like to add as far as my play-area and that is there has been no changes done to it in the 1 yr. I've been playing in it ...the cameras are clean, and all the other basic troubleshooting tips have been Checked off the list ...I'm thinking it has something to do with sensor in headset, I've noticed it goes it to the lost headset tracking gyro spin mode whenever I wipe sweat, itch on my face, or when making a headset adjustment and almost always pressing a volume button will cause the screen to freeze but the camera will gyro spin for a few seconds then the app lost tracking with headset notice will pop up ...now I'm stuck on my lock screen which keeps moving with the headset and won't stay centered at all ...PLEASE HELP i am not a rich man and i cannot afford to spend another 600 on a new Q3 and I'm not wasting money on the Q3S (Q2 with new processor) if this problem isn't fixed then ill no longer be giving any business to Meta. I don't mind sending it somewhere to get repaired if that's the issue. Thank you to ever reading i hope you have a blessed day

@ScrappyDoo as you've mentioned the 'sweat ' word, this is a know issue with the headset where moisture is killing the electronics.
