16 hours later and my purchased games….

I purchased as in financed the meta quest 3S along with a copy of beat saber and blade and sorcery which are listed as add on on my purchase and were added to the total of my purchase price 

I have the invoice showing they are added to the price 

I have a screenshot of the total financed price for the games and the console VR headset

I have been trying to get my game codes for beat saber and blade and sorcery for over 16 hours now

Ive talked to three different representatives and also had a live active agent on board with me separate from the 3 email agents and I STILL don’t have my games included in my purchase price.

I have everything to prove I purchased them so please help me

I would post the photos of the proof of purchase of the games themselves but I don’t want people having my invoice and order ID number

Just to confirm.... you have looked in the Meta Horizon store on phone or headset for the games, but they don't give you the option to install them?

Because...... normally, there are no codes if you buy a game...the "purchase" button in store just change to "download/install".

Should probably delete this forum post because I made a separate one that has far more details regarding what has happened. I will admit that the grammar on it's pretty broken. Because of the voice detects. But I did my best without much Editing.
