19 years old in australia but still need parental guidance

I just turned 19 and got a meta quest 3 I was 18 when I had a meta quest 2 and could still play r rated games why has this changed

There must be something wrong with your account (perhaps the wrong year of birth?)

As an 18-year-old (or 19-year-old in your case), you don't need parental controls and can play any game you want.
