I had 3 headset referral vouchers to redeem in 1 of january. I clicked on them and only one voucher was added to my wallet. The other 2 are greyed out (it seems redeemed) and not shows up on my wallet. I've sent so many screenshots to the support here but they ALWAYS just ask for something. Why they can not (or want) to check my account what happened? Is there other users with similar missing credits problem?
