2 factor authentication

Hi,

since last week we are trying to create a 2fa for one of our accounts but we receive no message on our phones (yes we tried with different numbers). Everything works fine until we should put in the code (which we of course didn't receive...).

also when we use our 2fa with any of our other quest2 devices it doesn't work anymore (but it used to work).

Is there any known problem with messages to Austria? We desperately try to set up an developer account but have no possibility atm...

Please Help!
