I needed help for the annual subscription. . So my trial ended about 2 days ago, and today Feb 1 2025, i was going to do a 1 month sub for quest +. when I got to the page i noticed there was a promotion of signing up for 1yr will get you a $25 meta cash in your account. So I clicked on it and got all the way to the payment method. When I got it activated, I did not get any of the promotion. As I understand only select people usually get promo and will be able to see that promo if they are eligible. I did not took a screenshot(they kept on asking for one. I dont take a screen shot if I know its going to work.) knowing its automatic. I contacted support, and just kept asking the same question and ending up saying the same scripted message. I feel like it was a bait and switch. Now, I cancelled the subscription and see if the promo is still there,, it no longer on the bottom of the anual subscription. meaning if i were still eligible, it would still show, but since im not i dont see it anymore.
This should be a special case if I can get either my money back or get the promo code if it doesnt work for what it advertised, then wouldnt it be fair to get your money back. Here is a screenshot of the current one, the $25 promo is no longer there... this is supposedly for 2027 if i were to reactivate
