I had to factory reset my phone last night and got logged out of my instagram. I had a textnow number connected to the account and the account is also still in my account center which I have access to. I have access to the textnow number but for some reason it is not sending a code to the number??? I tried logging in through my Facebook because the accounts are connected but it is still sending a code that’s not coming through. I don’t have a backup code because I never set it up because I never had an issue with any of my numbers. I have access to everything connected to the account but it seems like nothing is working. I tried the selfie video verification at least 15 times it won’t work. I had a login link sent to my email connected to the account but it still asks for a text message code I’m not receiving. It’s so frustrating I’ve had this instagram for 4 years over 2,000 followers and it’s like instagram/meta just doesn’t care enough to help. I go to the support section and it just gives a bunch of information that is not in any way helpful to my situation. I bought the meta verified subscription so I can get in contact with one of their representatives but I’m still waiting for verification with that…
