I am writing to seek assistance with my Meta account. I am unable to log in due to the two-factor authentication (2FA) process. Unfortunately, I cannot use the Authenticator app and do not remember my recovery code.
For this reason I can't login with my old Meta Account in any form therefore I can't use the Oculus Quest that I have associated with my meta account (cliscano).
Please I need the assistance to resolve this issue.
