So, very recently I was Helping my brother sign into his account (the one I am on now) And I logged onto his account on my meta quest app. But now i cant log into my headset nor my meta quest app because i no longer have a phone number that is affiliated with the account and do not have the recovery code so if anyone could help me with this issue I would be very thankful.
