So, my old phone died and now I can't connect to my Meta account. Every time it asks me the code from the 2fa app which I can't access. I am also unable to find a way to contact support.
Is there a way to regain access to my account ? (This is a secondary account only to ask for help)
You should be able to reach out to @MetaQuestSupport by clicking on their profile, and then the "Send a Message" button on the right hand side.
Please be aware they will only be able to assist with accounts used on Meta Quest products. If you need assistance with Facebook or Instagram, you'll need to navigate to their respective Help Centers. Best of luck!
