Sometimes when logging into our 2nd account, the headset glitches and jumps back to the 1st (owner) accounts home and then there is nothing else to do than restarting the headset.
It's been like this for a couple of weeks now..

@MorsanBC You've probably already tried resetting the headset to see if a recent update has made it go a little squirrely.

Do you mean Factory reset? No I have not. Do we loose all achivements in games if we do?

@MorsanBC yes, in some cases a factory reset can fix some issues with a new update. If you have cloud backup enabled on the headset in the general settings, then games that support the feature will save your gameplay. The Sidequest app can also save game progress.

I have this exact issue!! Just goes to main profile home and all I see is the little white line used to move the screens around. When will they fix this??
