My device has been with Oculus for 3 months now, due to a failure in the proximity sensor which was preventing the device from waking up when putting the headset on.
I have had over 20 emails to support and they give no information at all, but assure me that they are trying their best and they will look into it for me... for 3 months and still going.
At this stage I am not sure I will ever get my device back and when I do, it has probably depreciated in tech value and will become redundant.

I'm in the same boat now - did they ever get your headset back to you?

Still stuck in RMA land, 6 months now, no effort from support to resolve the issue and generic copy/paste responses. Literally feel like it's been stolen from me.

I don't know where to turn tbh.
I've dropped a case on here which may help, if they run it alongside the launch of the Pro headset...

Same to be honest, I have been meaning to take it up with consumer rights/small claim court, which I will do next.
I have filled out that link you have sent, hopefully it spotlights how terrible their support is and can deter people from using it.
