My Virtual Desktop + Meta Quest Link + putting headset off and on + no controller needed problem: I make stereo photos with the non vr app stphmkrpro_e (StereoPhoto Maker). https://stereo.jpn.org/eng/stphmkr/index.html (yes it is legit, someone make this is a VR native app maybe?) I don't need my controllers, I just need keyboard, mouse and my light weight, easy to use Rift S. I connect my headset. I click Skip (for setup controllers) I launch Virtual Desktop through Meta Quest Link library and put it in full SBS mode and controller input off. I enter fullscreen in the stphmkrpro_e application. I am happy for 5 minutes correcting and making awesome stereos. (very good that this at least works, don't break) I get the triple dots of doom. I either get the setup controller splash and press Skip again. Or I have to physically reconnect my headset and repeat and repeat and repeat and ..
This issue is very consistent, but also sometimes not (for example being very carefull to not trigger splash by not moving my head, putting it somewhat off and on my head, like a welders helmet).
