Hello there, @OliMasterPl. We noticed you're having some trouble getting Link to work; don't worry, we're always happy to help our users jump into VR. First, let's go ahead and check out the most common issues when using PC VR for the first time.

  1. Does your PC meet the recommended specs for VR?
  2. Is your graphics card up to date?
  3. Are you using the correct link? cable (fiber optic)
  4. Are your USB drivers up to date?
  5. Are you plugged into a USB 3.0 port?

Once we confirm all of these steps first and you still have any issues, please let us know and we can look into this further!

1. Yes
2. Yes

3. 3.1 cable usb

4. yes

5. yes

Thank you for getting back to us with that information as it is most helpful! Just to clarify, the 3.1 cable USB that you are using, is that an official Link cable? You can also use a third-party cable. While quality can vary across third-party cables, we've tested the Anker cable internally with good results. We look forward to hearing back from you and continuing to work together in order to get this issue sorted out!
