3 sensor setup, fails during looking for touch controllers.

When I go to setup sensors the second part after input height is to find touch controllers and squeeze trigger when you see green dot. I cant get green dot to show up.

I tried a ton of stuff.

Logs of both during beta and with it turned off and 2 sensors.

Turned off beta, and tried sensor setup again. No green dot or sensors show up on the screen when it looking for touch controller. I also received those dell items for usbc-usb- a type for my laptop with are official supported by dell to expand my usb ports as my laptop alienware 17r4 only has 2 native usb 3.0 ports.. I plugged each sensor into its own dedicated usb 3.0 i also tried one of them into a usb 2.0

I tried hookinh just two sensors up again, and still no green dot.

Do you think its the layout or spacing I have between sensors could affect this? I do have them mounted on the ceiling pointing into my play area, I did take them down and had same results, so i put them back up.

Attached is my room layout, I can do a 3d drawing if needed.

I can skip this part of the setup and everything works fine, its just annoying that the room setup don't work and the guardian system is a little funky.

I thought buying a 3rd sensor will improve my experience but it only has given me headaches.

If all three sensors pass the detection, and you get to the part where you're supposed to pull a trigger to detect a controller. I had some troubles with that on my first setup as well.  I had to position myself so that all three sensors could see the controller.   Also, when I got to the point of where it wanted me to tweak each sensors position, I eventually just had to skip that section, as it wanted my 3rd sensor basically inside my futon!

However, once I got past that, I was able to do the guardian setup easily, and have had very little tracking issues.

With 3 sensors you position the touch controller ABOVE YOUR HEAD and then hold the trigger in clear view of all 3 sensors. .... not at the eye level as with 2 sensors.

When you pull the trigger, the Touch ring must be visible by all sensors. You sometimes have to twist your wrist to get the best position. Also, USB 2.0 is supported, you can try with 2 sensors on USB 2.0.

I had the same problem, I have two sensors on the desk beside my monitor and i had one on the floor to the right behind me, I think for me it was because the third sensor was on the floor , so i lifted it up a bit and now it works on the setup screen, it was working in games anyway but just not on the setup screen.

As LZoltowski said, all three sensors have to see it.  I just reset mine up as I upgraded my computer and had the same issue.  I had it in front of my head which was blocking it from the back sensor.
