40 days to fix replace or refund and 56 days since this problems started

its been now 40 days and you still have not returned my unit very time i come on here its the same thing we will be in touch within 3.to 5 working days 40 days I have been waiting i have asked you for a refund over and over and you just fob me off ..i have paid 500 pounds for an empty box what a disgrace .only  company who has no phone numbers or a manger that can sort things.just the same chat service that are no help what a great format ..we have no phones no mangers so you can't speak to anyone smart thinking ..you are by far he worst company i have ever had to deal with

I would love to how many of us are in the same boat how they are getting away with this Monday i am getting straight on the phone to reading standards and small claims court ..would love to see if Mark Zuckerberg knows how bad this company is being run ..how can a company have no phone number you can phone and get away with just saying the same thing over and over

I just go an email, saying mine are on the way. I almost get tears in my eyes!!!

quest 1 but its still customer support if that what you can call it I finally got an email today  still not the refund i have asked for but only to be told it will be in the post no apology nothing just this  Refurb - OCULUS QUEST HEADSET, GLOBAL, 128GB, GRADE B and still no way to contact them ..there address is as such

but did find this email impressum@oculus.com so have sent them an email i doubt i will get any response it will be more of the same its not our department or something that have it all tied down so well that its impossible to speak to anyone

1518642 one of the many i  actually got word today that you're now sending me back a grade B   refurb no apology nothing it has not worked since the 5th of September and it was received back on the 21st with an email give us 2 to 3 days . how is this good customer service when you can't speak to anyone apart from people on chat who are like robots who just say the same thing over and over in fact knowing facebook it would be no surprise if they were in fact chatbots UK law gives you 28 days as a reasonable l time to fix or replace  or you give a refund so why does your company not stick by the rules instead they just make excuses all the time people are not stupid they will stop using this company 
not a happy customer
