6 Agents, 1 post here and 15 days. When will someone help!

I need to speak with someone asap. A live person who doesn't stop responding to my issue. 6 'agents', an escalation, a post here and 15 days. I still cannot get back into my oculus since I provided my ID to verify my age. Please help, or I need a refund on all my purchases to date. No one is taking this seriously. I only get the initial hi email with a question, when I respond I get no further assistance. Your support team is broken or your ai support desk is programmed improperly. This is laughable at this point.

Someone reached out about having me ship them my unit. I feel like I just need help to re pair the device to the app as there's nothing wrong with my device. But as I can't talk to anyone live I don't know what to do next.
