6 days without any word on my ticket

All,

I opened a ticket on June 7th regarding a headset connectivity issue (#366307). After a fairly quick turnaround for the first 36 hours or so regarding troubleshooting steps and log/photo collection, support has gone completely silent despite a few requests for update.

Is it supposed to take over 6 days to analyze the logs I've submitted? What steps do I need to take to get some kind of progress report from the support team?
