Whenever I try to use airlink on my oculus 2 I get a notification in the oculus app that says, "We can't find your headset, please connect your headset." after that its just a black screen with 3 loading dots and it goes on like that for as long as I leave the headset on with no change. It's been about 6 months of me trying to fix this issue off and on. I've tried everything I can think of from updating the BIOs to turning on windows gaming mode. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue or could maybe help me out. I've already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps so please don't comment that I should turn off my computer or close and open the oculus app.
