7 days without any relevant support

Hello 

Since 7 days when i want to order a new app or game I get the message " fonctionnalite indisponible"

12 different people ( or bots ?) required me to perform bunch of tests ( from app, web, oculus, different bank accounts, different networks, different browsers, emptied cash browser...) all were nsuccessfull even quest cash is failing ( and of course my credit card is working perfectly on other sites) 

 did somebody already face same kind of issue and ideally could share the fix ; and/or has somebody found a leverage for a professional support from Meta ?
