So I asked them to go with the prioritise option, yet here we are 11th May with zilch. I don't think anybody meant to mess up this order obviously but I do think it seems like the order is in a state of limbo and that contacting support isn't helping so I thought I'd post here to ask if anybody has any ideas.We

I don't think the order time matters that much at this point. It's mostly a batch thing. Once they get a batch ready for your region, it will ship. But then some other regions may take priority.
