I have had zero resolutions from customer service as to why I can not see the 8 digit code to verify that I am over 13. I have reset the factory settings and paired again with the account. Nothing. They are threatening to suspend the account if I don't enter the code but it is not provided. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve? Thank you in advance!
