A month no headset

I sent in my headset for a repair/replacement over a month ago and Meta is saying that it still hasn’t reached their office anyone know what I should do? Do I continue to remain patient?

Do you have a receipt?

it will either show on that. Or you can go to a fedex office and get them to get you on plus more information.

No unfortunately FedEx never gave me one which was odd.
