Sent in my headset for rma and included the controllers. Theyve sent me a replacement headset and not a controller, I’ve been chasing up for a month now and they still haven’t returned my controllers. Asked how to complain and apparently there’s no contact details for the complaints team. Unsure what to do, might go to trading standards at this point as this is a joke since their support reply is basically useless.
